If you choose to make an online appointment or purchase a gift certificate online, you will be connected to a secure website hosted by MassageBook.com (2Book, Inc.) and prompted to create a login and password in order to complete your online booking. Your login and password are encrypted by MassageBook.com and Birch Family Massage, LLC has no access to it. As a client of Birch Family Massage, LLC, any personal information that you provide about your name, contact information, and health intake is stored on a secure server with MassageBook.com, and only yourself and Birch Family Massage have access to this information. Payments

All payments for massage sessions and gift certificates are processed securely through Square, and none of your credit card information is stored or saved on site by Birch Family Massage. You can read Square's privacy policy here. 

 

Emails

If you have been a client with Birch Family Massage, LLC, you are part of our newsletter subscriber list, which sends occasional newsletters about our business, its offerings and hours, sales and specials, and business news. Your email address is kept private and is never shared or sold to third parties. If you would like to unsubscribe from newsletters, you can find the link to unsubscribe at the bottom of every email newsletter that we send. Note that even after you unsubscribe, you will continue to receive transactional email messages regarding the status of massage sessions you schedule. 

 

Texts

If you provide your mobile phone number when you make an appointment with Birch Family Massage, LLC, you will receive a text reminder of your appointment from MassageBook.com. Each text will contain instructions to reply “STOP” if you would like to discontinue these text reminders about your appointments. Your phone number will never be shared or sold to third parties. Your phone number may be used by Birch Family Massage, LLC to communicate with you about your appointments or account.

 

INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN

 

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Any information about a client under the age of 18 AND consent for massage must be provided by that person’s parent or guardian. All minor client data is stored the same as adult client data, as outlined above.
