New Client Info

Hello New Clients!

Step 1: Please read this page of policies.

Step 2. Email me to say yes, you really read them all!

Step 3: I'll add you to the client booking system and tell you when you've been added.

Then you can book your appointment! 

All appointment spots can be viewed on the online calendar, but cannot be booked until you complete Steps 1-3.

Want to book for someone else? Please get them a gift certificate and let them do it on their own!

Birch Family Massage Policies

  • Masks are Required

    • I give every client a new surgical-style disposable mask to wear. (You may bring and wear your own new, unused disposable surgical or KN95 mask.)

    • View all studio and session precautions on the Covid/Sick Policies page.

  • Health Intake Form 

    • You will receive a link via email before your appointment to fill out an intake form with your health history, please do this at home prior to arriving.

  • 24 Hours Notice is Required to Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment

    • Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee.​

  • If you OR someone in your household has been sick (Covid, cold, flu, etc.) or has had any symptoms of illness in the past 5 days, please reschedule your appointment.

    • 24-hour cancellation policy is waived for illness​.

    • Symptoms include fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, allergy symptoms, Covid symptoms, etc.

  • Arriving for Your Appointment

    • Parking spaces and massage studio are at the back of the property.​ There is a lavender address sign in the front yard, pull all the way down the long driveway to park.

    • Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete Covid screening and discuss your massage session.
